So, I've given my players a talisman they found on a tabaxi ranger who they saw in her werewolf form. This talisman has nothing to do with werewolves or anything but if it could be more than just: +2 on all dex and str checks or you can cast lightning bolt 2/day. (We're playing 3rd edition btw.)
