For a player's first game in the campaign I'm running him solo through this dungeon. It's a cool little stand alone mission that takes the player into the sewers to flush a Sewer Kraken into the sea. He has to maneuver around to four valves and open them all, when he does the little smelly Kraken will be swept away into the ocean.
The description mentions "flying squid creatures", but I want to change those out for something from 5e. I'm thinking that a baslisk would make for a challenging fight, but I need some smaller skirmishes to mix things up. I'm thinking giant rats and crockodiles might make sense.
Any ideas on some creatures that would inhabit the sewers? Or, anything to add to the descriptions?
