I am a new DM and this is my first time doing so, I am running a prison break one-shot where five players all start at level five. My idea is this: You have been framed for a crime (of your choosing) that you did not commit, and so you are sent off to prison. There, you find out you are not the only innocent person there, and that others were also wrongfully imprisoned. You must either escape from jail, or prove your innocence and be let free from the jail. The guards must not catch word of your plans for if you're caught escaping you will be harshly punished and never see the light of day. So far, we have a rabbit man fighter, a ranger monk, a halfling monk, and a wizard. These are all people who have played DND many times before, and I want to make is hard get out of the prison. I want there to be good NPC guards and puzzles. Any thoughts/suggestions?
