Welcome fellow DMs, I am here to ask you about your favorite exotic locations to run an adventure. I have several myself and share them below. Most of these I have not run yet, but do plan to explore them at some point. Please feel free to put in as much detail as you like. Here you can tickle your exposition bone and let loose with the text. I am happy to hear your ideas.
My personal exotic locations:
Inside a Bag of Holding (Obviously the party is either shrunk down or the bag inside is warped in size)
Avernus (The first layer of the Nine Hells is a literal battlefield between demons and devils)
Sigil (The city of doors has plenty of opportunities to bring together all kinds of beings that would never interact otherwise)
Floating Castle (Cloud/Storm Giant, Dragons, Other Flying Creatures)
A hidden demiplane (Can be shaped to whatever you like, Curse of Strahd is a good example)
Within a volcano (The tunnels and carved out dungeons can be very dangerous and exciting)
Floating in the air, invisible (It could be above a city the player frequent and they would not know)
A free-floating hollow mass of stone and coral with an air pocket and entirely self sustain ecosystem inside it drifting aimless in the endless ocean of the plane of water (Adventure location)
Any layer of the Abyss (Adventure location) (so many adventures only visit; try running a full campaign with the intent to operate out of the abyss rather than just pop in for a bit)
Clown Town (A town inhabitted entirely and exclusively by clowns. Not a single one of which appears to be aware of the fact that they are a clown...) (Adventure location)
Inside a time loop. (a la Groundhogs Day) (Adventure location)
At the absolute, darkest, blackest, lightless depths of the ocean (Adventure location)
In magically or technologicallly advanced city on the back of an enormous zaratan
The adventure I'm running at my local game store currently has my party exploring a "mind mine" which is basically a mine that has tunneled its way into the brain of a titanic eldritch beast. They are wandering around the folds and crevices of the brain while fighting off the evil thoughts given form that live there while the titan sleeps.

Please provide your own examples.
Some of these are not suitable for an entire adventure, but at least make an interesting starting point.

Man, that is some creative DMing. I am going to have to mimic that one if you catch my drift. Also thought of another one:
Mechanus, because so many things that come out of that plane are crazy powerful and Modrons are underrepresented often
