I've been building up to one enemy in my campaign, a PC's daughter that exists on all planes of existence simultaneously. Ignoring how this actually came to happen, mechanically this means she can and does fight enemies across multiple planes, so say if one PC is in the Feywild and one is on the Material Plane I would overlay the maps and she would take the same actions in each plane. The party is a gunslinger fighter, kensei monk, and circle of land druid. This is the working stat block for her; I was wondering at what level the character's could reasonably stand a chance.
To figure out CR I'm going to use 5e rules for it. Using HP, AC, Attack Bonus, and DPT to get CR.
HP: 200
AC: 18
Attack Bonus: +10
Damage Per Turn: 13d4+5
The monster would likely fall into the range of a top-level Tier 3 Monster (CR 14-16). However, this is a rough estimate.

Monster Fact of the Day: Nilbog
Nilbogs are possessed goblins of pure chaos. They reverse the damage they take into healing instead. This means the best way to stop them is to calm them down. Also, Nilbog is Goblin spelled backwards.
