I am so lost, I can't even hold the map up straight.
My players have made it to the Palace of Heart's Desire, and dispelled the magic that caused the temporal stasis? Is that allowed? Did I miss something? Also, they had put the Unicorn horn in a bag of holding then ripped the bag. This is my first Campaign. Talk about a WTF moment!

Dispel magic only works on spells (and other things that explicitly permit dispelling), and only some spells (those that don't require some special means to reverse). I haven't read the adventure, but I've played through it, and from what I recall it's certainly not any spell I know of and did not seem like the kind of thing that would be affected by dispel magic.

I don't believe the unicorn horn is the only means of breaking the enchantment, and even if it's the only one listed in the module, you can always invent another option.

The adventure says "Releasing Zybilna from temporal stasis can be accomplished in one of three ways:" The unicorn horn is used in one of the options, but dispel magic is not listed as an option.
Dispel magic ends spells, the but the stasis effect is not a 'spell'; it is a property of Iggwilv's Cauldron (an Artifact)
