What do you do to keep your games organized? As a online DM, I just use google docs but i know there has to be better options. I cant find much tutorial on gm binder so i quit trying that.
On the topic of paid dming, what's your preferred way to get all your info in one place? No one is really going to make a million posts to ppromote. Me, I like SPG and i have a big thread for this forum where i direct everyone. Working on a website but takes time.
I use Google Docs for my personal and paid games. While other systems have nice features, Google Docs is easy to access on most devices my players are likely to have. It's also Google, so I don't expect the tools and storage to go away anytime soon, unlike a tool from a smaller organization that may have to close down for financial reasons.
As a paid DM (I'm about to get back into it myself), the SPG site and a D&D Beyond post are the absolute minimum I'd suggest.
I also have a Discord server for the more fluid conversations about when a group can play again. A Linktree page that serves as a simple hub to all your stuff is a good idea. After that? It depends on how hardcore you want to get about a website, blog, videos, etc. All before any paid marketing.
