So, title really. They're a level 11 about to go to L12 Kobold Soulknife Rogue. We're almost at the end of the campaign, but they could do with a nice toy, having not long joined. However, their damage output is almost OP, so I'd rather not do something that will further increase that...
Any thoughts?

As a fun toy for a rogue, or other sneaky type, I homebrewed this a while ago: Harbinger Lock Picks

Sticking with theme you've got the Psi Crystal, Headband of Intellect, Scaled Ornament, Boots of Levitation, one of the Ioun Stones, Ghoststep Tattoo, Ring of Telekinesis
Random fun:
Boots of Evenkind, Storm Boomerang, Dagger of Blind Sight, a Figureing of Wondrous Power, Ring of the Ram, Cloak of Arachnid,
How do they rogue? Aside from cutting a dude, what parts of the class's thing do they like to do?
Sorry, one issue with having different forums and the way the site is set out is that I don't see the threads in other forums!
Mostly, he seems to like to scout, do silly stuff (which is fine for the table, he just likes to do random stuff) and be a pseudo archer using his blades. It's at the end of
Rime of the Frostmaiden
so it's largely just dungeon crawling now.

I like to give players utility spells they wouldn't pick or can't get for example
hat of disguise or a similar item that casts disguise self is a fun magic item that doesn't help with combat. It doesn't have to be a hat, it can be mask or anything you think fits their vibe or the story. A kobold in particular might like it because they're a bit of an unusual race to be wandering the town.
You could give them a circlet that gives them some fancy psychic mind powers like a cerebro. Spells like dream are a bit niche but very cool conceptually. Knowledge spells like Contact Other Plane or legend lore can also provide powerful utility and give players a moment to shine.
Illusion spells can be allot of fun. Player love figuring out how to use things like Silent image
another fun item would be something that allows them to make their psi blades non lethal instead casting modify memory to make the target forget the last 10 minutes when reduced to 0.
