I am DMing a campaign with some friends, but I don't know what the BBEG should be. I want to be a Servant of a Chaos god because we recently cleared out a dungeon that was devoted to a Chaos god (We don't know who it was though.) Do you have any suggestions? If so tell me. The party will be around 15th level when they meet it so I want it to be a challenge rating 17-20.

A high level demon like a balor, molydeus, goristro, or marilith as they are high level creatures and are chaotic evil. You could also use one of the demon lords as they are high level chaotic evil fiends.
Maybe if you want more of a chaotic neutral embodiment, you could use Ygorl lord of entropy although the CR is 23.
Those are my first thoughts on official statblocks that may work.
