I'll go first, for me in a campaing I'm playing in, I am playing a divine soul sorcerer who is aggressively atheist and thinks that the gods aren't real, despite being blessed by one.
I have a couple. A barbarian berserker who is traditionally absolutely gorgeous and an absolutely ridiculously diabetic romantic but socially he's as smooth as an orc on steroids with a charisma of 4-6 usually. He believes he gets his rage powers only through blood and being naked so he literally walks around with a loincloth/harness combo + a massive cloak which he just drops when the fight starts. He was incredibly gifted as a poet which lead to hilarious situations where people LOVED him on paper but he was like a full spectrum autistic rock in real life.
Another barbarian with absolutely uncontrollable rage who later became a werewolf. The rage was triggered by the DM and even though I could choose who to attack from the enemies, he always attacked a teammate if they stood closer. The DM also had a concept of blood frenzy which made all his attacks that hit criticals and unable to use reckless attack but he also received all attacks that hit as criticals during these rages. It never felt overpowered because it was triggered by the DM and I had a series of personal quests to try to get control of the rages.
An orc valor bard, more like a skald who was raised in an orc community and was never interested in the berserker way of life as the others and was absolutely enchanted by a dwarven bard who stopped by one day. He had a hurdy gurdy who he taught the PC to play and the PC later embarked on a journey to find such an instrument for himself and to accomplish a deed worthy of a song. He was intensely popular among the ladies but ferociously celibate until he achieved his dream.
1st Edition Pathfinder, I played an Ifrit (Basically a Fire Genesi) Favored Soul and another players was an Ifrit Fire Sorcerer. We played twin sisters.
When we both got fireball our first cast was the two of us winning initiative, and a room full of ogres. "Wondertwin powers: INCENERATE!"
The GM decided we also destroyed any treasure out of anger.
Or maybe a very short lived response to a player who always, always, always made characters who were horny and vengeful, with names that always doubled as sex jokes. When it was his turn behind the screen a different player and I made Plun-Darr the Barbarian and Skragmore. "Lords of Loot!" We tried to talk someone else into playing Moolah the Bought but they didn't go along with it.
The first time being a Player (i was stuck as a DM for a Year) i played a Artificer and it was Unicorn themed (don‘t ask why, i don‘t now). He was 53 years old Human with the name Chen Chi Jun Shan Wan in a Pink Unicorn costume and a pink Unicorn plushie. This plushie functions as his Eldrich Cannon from his Artillerist Subclass, his spellcasting fokus and he Stores all of his Item there. Whene he cast Thorn whip, thats the Unicorns Toung, Fearie Fire? The Fart of the plushie, Dart ? The Horn of the Unicorn.
