If you are looking for Non-Book D&D Gift Ideas outside of Dice, you can look into Dice Towers, Dice Trays, Dice Storage, Custom Notebooks (either for organizing your Player info, or taking Notes, or both), Novelties and Figures.
As far as Dice go, you can't shake a stick at an RPG site and not hit one that also sells dice. In addition, there are a lot of specialized Dice Companies, and then there is the amazing Dice Market on Etsy. Everyone has their own preference on Dice (Traditional, Translucent, Inclusions, Sharp-Edge, Mini, Glow-In-The-Dark, Metal, UV Reactive, etc.), so if you know what you like, try to find a site or seller that makes dice you like and suggest those places to the individuals buying you gifts.
Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
There's a website called Hero Forge that allows you to make your own Minifigures. You can buy them off the website for 40-60 Dollars, or for a much smaller sum, buy the files and print them out on your own 3D Printer if you have one. One thing you could do is make little figures for those who need a gift that look like the character they are playing and get them as a fun little surprise. I've done it and it was actually pretty funny to watch the players figure out what they're looking at. Forge does take a little while to ship so it's best to order ahead.

Greetings Naylortristan79,

When I say Novelties, I'm talking things like the Moaning Mimic, Light-Up Beholder or Dice Jail, etc.
