Some folks want to do voices, some not so much. Sometimes it can be intimidating and you might feel scared to give it a go. The best thing (for me) to do is pretend I'm reading a story to my kids, or pretend you're reading a story to your kid brother or sister.
When I used to read bedtime stories to my kids, I'd naturally change my voice or tone or add some sort of change to the dialogue to make the story fun. It was really easy, so when I put myself into that mindset at the table, it was a piece of cake =)
I saw a video on YouTube somewhere, maybe GM Tips, but the topic of DMs using voices came up and they made a suggestion I thought was pretty good. They suggested not worrying so much about inflection, but rather making your characters distinct in the way they speak. Things like not using contractions, or falling back on certain words or phrases frequently. There are wonderful ways of giving your NPC more personality through speech even if you want to keep using your own voice. This is especially true in situation where a male DM such as myself is trying to portray a demure female NPC. I just don't feel like faking a high voice so I'll use type of speech instead.
But if you want to do voices and accents, then that's great too!
