I want to make a pirate campaign for my players but I don't know what to do for a thrilling storyline of plot. Has anyone else here got any ideas?

Bermuda Triangle: The mythical lost island.

Expedition to the edge of the world.

Dominate the seas: kill the other pirate fleets.

I made a poll for my players asking them to rank these ideas so I can work out what sort of game they would most look forward to playing. 

I was thinking that maybe by combining a few I could make a more interesting plot.

Hunt for treasure/important artifact on a moving island. Need to seek an Oracle to find where it will be, then race to get there at the right time
