My advice would be - if you are a new DM, with new Players, and are really lost about how to build your own campaign, that you start with one of the published modules - or even one of the modules your can download off of the Internet for free.
The Lost Mine of Phandelver is the classic "learning to play" module under 5e. I can't recommend any of the free modules available online - but only because I'm not familiar with any.
I would advise that you get familiar with running the game, before you tackle learning to build the game.
For lots of basic advice/training on how to run games, I really recommend this guy's YouTube channelon how to learn to DM to newbies, a lot.
There's even a simple adventure/dungeon that he builds in the first few videos, and it's all downloadable.

I really need help as I am a new DM making a campaign for new players, and I am still a child. I honestly have no idea what to do. :p https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oJeFNbfPHuSQL8YSAevLRqdmyYBm-Taf9Lkp15kFf_8/edit?usp=sharing
P.S. I need help both storybuilding and writing the campaign, not tips.
