Hello all, I'm currently writing a campaign for a group of 11 year olds (more puzzles and daring rescues, less violent deaths). I've been writing up the campaign in the sytle of a D&D WoTC book - using the same heading styles, etc - and have tried Homebrewery, yet I am spending more time editing and formatting than I am creating content. Do any experienced DM's out there have any advice on how to assemble campaign notes quickly and efficiently, the goal being to write and run a campaign without excessive time on the laptop? Any advice welcome. Thank you.
Only worry about the format if you want to publish. Even then, don't worry about that till after you run it. Before/ while you run it, just get however many notes you think you need in whatever format helps you remember it best.
