Hi ! I'm looking for wishes that were made in campaign. Its for a trap compendium I am working on, actual or reversed wishes of previous adventurers have been or are yet tobe granted. I had a player wish he was one level higher so the DM had the genie teleport him upstairs. I am looking for both common and odd wishes. If I use your idea I will credit you. Thanks ! 

I have it planned in one of my active campaigns for the characters to have an option to attain a genie granted Wish just prior to entering the final dungeon to face an unknown invader that has taken over the area and is wreaking havoc across the region...My one planned response is if they wish for the Big Bad (which is a Beholder in this campaign) to die, I'm turning him into a Death Tyrant.

I'm assuming you could plan the same thing with other creatures (evil mage to lich, any humanoid to a vampire, dragon to dracolich, etc.) as well.

Wish to be a silver dragon but with my own mind.

Become a dragon is a great one. Now to look up if silver dragons can polymorph. 

silver dragons do change shape.... known as the most friendly to humanoids, they spend much of their time in human form and among humans

Any dragon can change shape if you house rule it that way. (Seriously though. It's odd that chromatics don't get this ability and yet half-dragons of chromatic colors exist in Faerun and are the result of a relationship between a polymorphed/shapechanged dragon and a humanoid. Makes much more sense that all dragons can change shape.) But metallics definitely can per RAW.
