I am sure others will have better suggestions for you but I use a combination of Evernote, WorldAnvil, Inkarnate (for maps) and good old fashioned pen and paper.
Evernote is mainly used for stream of thought and campaign management/planning (across all my devices). Once that becomes coherent (in my head at least) I then use WorldAnvil for world building and adding layers to the campaign.

My players hey together every other weekend. So during the week I write notes on my phone for the next session. Then each Friday after work. I sit at the dining room table. Crazy a beer, open the laptop with notepad ++ and start writing the next adventure. Afterwards when it's all said and done. I print it all out and have it ready for the season.
I use OneNote as my primary. Being able to create tables and links to different sections/pages makes it very fast to switch between details. I write out each potential encounter in the order I would like them to go, with the ability to move them around to fit what the PCs are doing. Also it syncs between all my devices so I can start on laptop, or PC, and switch to my IPad while relaxing or my phone when I get a good idea.
I use Google Docs to keep all of the details of my campaign world, NPCS, session notes, etc. all in one place. Some of those other programs might be better for this function, but I don't really feel like transferring anything at this point. At least it's pretty simple to go between devices.
I also used Hexographer to make the map of my campaign setting.

Hello DMs,
Just wondering what are people using to world building and manage their campaign? Starting my first homebrew world campaign and need some help.
Thank You,

Good luck!
I've been experimenting with Chronica of late. It's not perfect, but I'm impressed with its feature set, so far.

Like to keep it simple.

Hope this helps!
I use OneNote to organize all my notes (storylines/arcs), NPC's, and locations. Then I use Inkarnate for some of my maps.
