So, I've gone in and created my campaign and have the rules in the public DM notes. I would like for players to be able to read my rules before they are forced into character creation... not afterwards... I have special rules for my campaign about character creation. Is there anyway to display this prior to character creation on dndbeyond?
You could create some unassigned placeholder Characters in your campaign. Players could join and take over one of these. That would give them visibility to your campaign notes, and then finish or remake the claimed Character according to your local rules.
It's a bit of a clunky, inconvenient hack, but it would work.

That's more clunky than just sending a message with the rules.
You're probably going to want a PM thread for the campaign anyway, might as well start it off by sending those rules in a message, I guess.
