Do these exist or do you need to find a way to build one and or follow guidelines?

Has anyone created medium to High level NPC Stat Blocks for a number of the Multi class combos?

Any suggestions are good.

There isn't really a guide to giving NPCs class levels (let alone multiclass). You can just add whatever class feature or features you want.
