Every Christian knows the story of Moses (A shepherd that rescued his people from Egypt's Evil Pharaoh), and now it could be told again in 5e. Now how will adapting that story work in thee worlds Of Dungeons & Dragons?
Hm...maybe the characters are Moses' allies and start off in Pharaoh's dungeons? When Moses leads his people out of Egypt, they have to escape or risk being left behind. The dungeons might be filled with traps and monsters, like mummies, snakes (maybe created by Pharaoh's magicians), Pharaoh's guards, or even demons.
Alternatively, the characters might be sent ahead when Moses parts the Red Sea in order to make sure the way is safe for the people. They need to fight past water monsters and demons before Pharaoh catches up to them.

You could even do both!
Pharaoh dies trying to cross the parted sea afterwards when the sea returns to normal. Spoiler.
another spoiler. They wander the desert for 40 years lost.
so.... not a single character can be a ranger with favored terrain of desert.
