Hey y'all, newish DM here. I've done a lot of research into DM'ing despite being pretty new. I've enjoyed the couple games I've DM'ed so far, and now my partner and another couple have decided to start our own game. Most games I've ran are 5-6 people, so I haven't had a party this small before. I was thinking of maybe trying Dungeons of Drakkenheim, but do have y'all have any suggestions for some adventures to try with the team? I'm in the process of writing my own world, so I just need something for a few months in the mean time. We enjoy RP!
I think if you can’t find a campaign that’s easy enough you should just add a couple of NPCs (or even another character) to assist the players. It will be some extra work for you be if you’re willing it will help your players a ton and allow for you to play pretty much any campaign without it being a TPK

You could take Waterdeep Dragon Heist and scale the few encounters to accommodate three players.
