I'm running an adventure in which the characters build cities and compete with each other within Xendrik. Nearby, there is a hobgoblin city built around two volcanoes. I want to have some sort of evil force bound within them, and I've come down to two options. Either Deal Khatuur, the Killing Cold, Heart of Winter, or Sakinnirot, the Scar that Abides. Sakinnirot originally controlled Xendrik and seems like a good option, but it would mess with his lore a bit because he is supposed to be bound under Stormreach. I like the idea of an evil frost god imprisoned under a volcano, so I'm not sure. Could you guys help me out?
