So if a character is stunned by another creature, can the mind flayer on his turn come over and use his extract brain on the character? Or is he the one that needs to have the character grappled and stunned?
The Extract Brain ability very clearly defines its target: “one incapacitated humanoid grappled by the mind flayer.”
However, there is no such restriction on Body Thief for the Intellect Devourer.
