can mold earth be moved with enough force to crush a neck?

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone, there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Long answer: If a spell doesn't say it can deal damage, it can't deal damage. Characters can "mold earth" to drop rocks on opponents' heads or drop opponents into pits, but if a spell doesn't specify damage, these actions are slow enough or soft enough that they have no effect.
