Another Phantasmal Force Question

Does Phantasmal Force have to take the shape of a cube? Or can it be anything in any shape that does not take up more than 100 sq. feet (such as a 50 ft. by 2 ft. line)?

I'm pretty sure it can take any shape at all, as long as it fits within that cube. I don't think you can stretch and mold said cube, though.
