I think the OP is asking if there is a physical copy, not whether they get a physical copy for buying it here. I'm pretty sure it's only digital though.
It is digital only as part of a collaboration with WotC and DnDBeyond with the Essentials Kit. You can always print it out. I prefer printed out adventures so I can make notes and edit things.
