I want to add the following as a reaction to a Will-O'-Wisp, effectively creating a new monster, and I wonder if it's a little out of balance:
Incorporeal Evasion. As a reaction, if the Dancing Jack is hit with an opportunity attack, it can evade the attack on an opposed Dex roll that beats the attack roll.
What Matthias said, but also... why not just have that reaction work since it is so limited as to when it can even apply? Seems like a waste of time to have to make a roll if it succeeds, and a waste of the feature even being used if it doesn't.

Feedback? Thanks!
Increase effective AC by 1 and recalculate CR according to DMG formula.

Wait a minute! I didn't see the word opportunity the first time. Do not change CR.

Thanks both, I'm just trying to be as fair as possible, but it sounds like I'm maybe being a little charitable? I appreciate the advice a ton!
