Most of the AL seasons/hardcovers are roughly chronological. Season content is fitted in and around the hardcover content. For example, in season 7, the tier 1 and 2 content occurs while the death curse is in effect while the tier 3 and 4 content is after the hardcover has been completed and the soul monger destroyed.
Most of the CCC adventures are situated around the Moonsea and I think the time frame for those is probably described the in the CCC documentation.
Finally, the AL content catalog provides a fairly complete list of AL legal content including released modules, hardcovers, some CCC and guild adept content. You can get it on dmsguild.
