Hi, I'm running Prince of the Apocalypse and one of my players created a character coming from Unther, but I'm having problems adapting the player's motivations, because in my view unther is not a 'nation of good'. Can anybody help me
If he/she has good or evil motivations let him/her play that way. An adventure, whatever that is, is not necessarily for good adventures. As DM, you should keep a neutral view of the situation. The player will role-play according to his character.

I have never played a game where having a bad/evil/im going to walk the line character has ever ended in anything good. Most PCs don't like the character and in turn usually don't like the person playing him either.

(Sorry for the bad English, I'm Brazilian :P)
What is the players own motivation/ideas? Being a good person in the mist of evil could be an interesting motivation on its own.
he is lawful to unther. In your background he said that he trained to be accepted in unther's society (because, normally, non-humans are slaves). Now your objective is find a person that contracted a group of mercenaries who attacked a unther headquarter. my future plane was make the characters engage in this plot and help unther take tymanther. but i don't know if the remaining characters would help in this. Because of unther being racist and 'not very nice'

This definitely seems like the kind of thing that any lawful good character would certainly have a problem with (one of the many reasons I don't like alignment in d&d). The best way to fix this is have the mercenaries responsible for other attacks. You can even have one of those moments when the PCs initially refuse to help, then wait like ten+ game sessions and have them come upon another town/city that has been attacked.
Basically, this is a general problem when the players in the party are very different alignment and/or motivations. Don't know, didn't have much experience with this. You can push the motivation of the bad guys with magic items, like:
"You meet in secret with an Unther boss of yours. Go forth in this quest and retrive this artifact for the "good" of Unther".
