i like the idea but don't get the whole evil/good part. seems like they're getting their strength from a pretty impartial event unless you want to build lore around what an aurora is (vs just a mechanical event). I'm not a fan of damage immunities, maybe resistance. Also, you need to declare how long the aurora form lasts otherwise they'll always be in it. INT 20 for a CR 1 humanoid is kind of bananas (and it should have several more 1st level spells).
also, under the monster name, it should have the race. look at mage as an example. and also look at its actions. you listed a spell, which is already included above in the spellcasting section. give it a weapon (again looking at mage as an example)....if no weapon, at least give it an unarmed beach slap.
