Give it a once per short rest anti magic field. Also regeneration and earth glide since it’s fluff used to have that.
Make it so big that it is no longer a creature but terrain.
You have to dungeon crawl into its tissues and fight off the immune system in order to damage internal organs.
Decide whether to help or hinder parasites feeding on the tarrasque.
