This is absolutely fantastic mate, thank you for compiling into a single, central reference space.
I've found one of the more annoying aspects of being AuDHD and being a baby DM for a group of first time players is that there is no easily found and well organised list of NPCs and their attributes / relationships for quick reference - which for official, pre-written modules, you'd think they'd have arranged in an at-a-glance way like you've done.
[EDIT] - I noticed that you've included Hamun Kost and Droop, but the likes of Klarg, King Grol, and Iarno "Glasstaff" Albrek are not listed here, so I may have confused myself in thinking this was an "exhaustive list" of all NPCs from all chapters of LMoP / PaBtSO. Not to worry though, because they can easily be added in to our own lists/reference sheets that we build off your post, (unless you saw fit to add them & the relevant stat blocks in..)
Thank you Gino for this list. It helped me make NPC's in Foundry more quickly! I'm a new DM and it's a bit annoying that the D&D Beyond campaign and the Phandelver & Below book doesn't really go over much about the NPC's. The campaign tells you how Phandelver is a bustling, up and coming town but then you have a handful of NPC's so it feels more like a tiny village. Having more NPC's allows the town to feel the scale that it should. NPC's should have a bit more details cause you never know what players will do or if a NPC is going to become more involved with the players.

Hey, that is correct I havenn't listed the bad NPC's yet. I've focussed on citizens and 'friendly' NPC's around Phandalin. I might add the bad-guys later on, such as the later Qunbraxxel and such. But thanks for the feedback. :)

I've added the named enemy NPC's from the first 4 chapters to the list. The rest of DoIP and PaBtSO will be added later, it's quite a chunk of info haha

After a one shot I DM'ed this will be my first campaign as a DM. It is great to have this overview of so many characters in the story. I can use this as a reference while preparing my campaign. Thanks for sharing this!
My god. This is so incredibly helpful! It's beyond me why they don't do this for the actual module. Thank you!
I've added some extra NPC's and named enemies from the latest free short adventure Uni and the Hunt for the Lost Horn. ^^

This is great. Using this to easily edit and give to my kiddos for our playthrough. Nice job!
Laneth, or "TheNeth", is a Voicem'n, actor, singer, and dork.

Thank you!
Cosplayer, toy collector, baby DM and all around nerd.
I've added some extra NPC's and named enemies from the latest free short adventure Uni and the Hunt for the Lost Horn. ^^
