I use my laptop to run Syrinscape, otherwise I have a "no electronics" rule at my table due to the proliferation of people on their phones playing games, facebooking, or otherwise not engaged in the game for whatever reason.
As we use the DnDBeyond character sheet in my game - and it is a table rule that the online version is the definitive copy of you sheet ( so use it live or make sure you update it at the end of the session ) - most of my players are using phones/tablets as character sheets.
I have a very low tolerance for players who get caught out not paying attention due to games, facebooking, etc. ( we have a no-non-DnDBeyond rule, as opposed to a no electronics rule ) - and I haven't had to call a player out for it in a very long time.

My DM screen is there mostly for show to make the table look clean from their view. And they don't have to see my binder with notes, or little codex cards with stuff. Next to that I use laptop, plugged into a beamer to project on the wall, mainly for atmospheric imagery and battlemaps with fog. As well as playing the music from it.
The post-its or little pieces of paper with rules I wanted to put on the DM Screen. HAven't done that yet. I just have 1 piece of paper a4 with everything i need just leaning against it anyway.

Standard screen here, use Beyond on chromebook for extra info I need. So far, only had to look up currency conversions.

I only used a screen once. I found the separation from my players unattractive. I also had to constantly look over it to see their rolls.
Since then (decades ago) I have never used a screen. The players know I'm not fudging anything.
