According to google:
Canonically, Blues prefer deserts, but you could absolutely have a mountain/mesa/or whatever in a desert that acts as its fortress.
A really cool fight would be in a volcano caldera with fiery minions that steal player abilities when they hit them, sort of like arcane trickster but not just spells. (Red Dragon cause its in a volcano).
He doesn't have much besides the skin on his bones. Me: I'll take the skin on his bones, then.

Green are forests, blue are deserts, red is mountains/volcanoes, black is swamps, and white is tundra/arctic. Good rule of thumb.
