Aura of the Muse - 3rd level spell that grants nonhostile creatures expertise for 10 minutes. (3rd level auras are typically 1 minute, but I bumped it up as this is predominantly a non-combat effect.)
For context: Eilistraee is a good-aligned drow deity known for dancing, artistry, and wanting her people to rejoin the surface species.
My biggest concern is that shortcutting expertise could take the shine away from specialist characters, but since the duration is 10 minutes, it will likely only affect a single group challenge, and won't interfere with Rangers' survival checks to track, Rogues' stealth missions, or otherwise. For low level characters, Expertise is less impactful than Advantage, but is stackable. For high level characters, Expertise is potentially twice as valuable as advantage, but the world also scales.
I'm in a War of the Spider Queen inspired adventure and created a few Eilistraee aligned spells for our Clerics and Bards:
Daybreak - 1st level spell based on Darkvision to negate the effects of Sunlight Sensitivity.
Forceful Dance - 3rd level spell based on Hold Person + forced movement. (Can be considered as a lesser Dominate Person).
