Is this spell too OP?

I made a spell for a Lich in my campaign, who spends his time experimenting and researching alchemy and medicine instead of doing evil stuff.

The spell, named "Amimo's Awakening" transforms the user into a horrifying version of themselves. It is a level 5 spell that requires 1 Minute of Concentration, and has the following benefits:

• 45ft Fly Speed
• At the start of the user's turn, each creature in a 10ft emanation of the user must make a Wisdom Save or be Frightened. The user also has advantage on all Charisma (Intimidation) checks.
• Resistance to Poison Damage, and advantage on saves against being poisoned.

I don't know if this is too OP for a Level 5 spell, would love to hear constructive criticism

Let’s compare this to Tasha's Otherworldly Guise -

5th vs 6th spell

faster flying than Tasha's

Gives resistance to Poison while Tasha's gives immunity to Poison and Fire or Radiant and Necrotic damage.

The spell gives a. Really cool frighten Emination vs Tasha's +2 to AC, Multiattack and the ability to use your spellcasting ability to attack.

Overall, your spell isn’t strong, the Frightened is nice but otherwise is quite weak even for its level.

I've changed it a little; Now, the Advantage on saves against being Poisoned is replaced with Advantage on all Constitution saves, the user gains 60ft Truesight, and they can add their CON Mod and Spellcasting Ability Mod to all D20 tests.

Idk how broken the last one is, might dial it down a bit.
