Apologies if this has been posted before, but chatting with my son about a character he is building and the idea came to me (yes based off of Nightcrawler from the XMen films)
"Racial Feat
Tieflings
Triple wield – With a simple or finesse weapon in each hand, you can carry a knife with your tail, enabling you to make three attacks. On a successful kill with either your first or second attack you can teleport up to 15 feet to attack another enemy with the knife held by your tail, you can only teleport once per round. Teleport can only be used for an attack and not to retreat."
There's a feat in XGtE that deals 1d4 fire damage to enemies that attack you every turn you cast a fire spell, so the extra damage should be fine, provided its limited to 1d4. It looks really cool.

Cheers for the reply, I was wary of making it too overpowered which is why I made the teleport/tail attack requirement a kill instead of just a hit.
