I like these, though I think Breath Control needs some changes as it sounds like the first two bullets don't change much. For reference these are the key parts of the suffocating rule is in the player's handbook:
A creature can hold its breath for a number of minutes equal to 1 + its Constitution modifier (minimum of 30 seconds).
When a creature runs out of breath or is choking, it can survive for a number of rounds equal to its Constitution modifier (minimum of 1 round). At the start of its next turn, it drops to 0 hit points and is dying, and it can't regain hit points or be stabilized until it can breathe again.
Unless I've misread it, it seem like Breath Control would only increases suffocation to a minimum of 2 rounds?
Given suffocation is quite situational (I'm not actually sure when the last time it came up for me was) I think that allowing the creature to double the time it can hold its breath and remain conscious while suffocating may not be unreasonable. It's the advantage vs. inhaled threats that will come up more often for most players I think, depending on the campaign.

for the breath control feat, in addition to increase the suffocation time, the number of minutes you can hold your breath become 1 + constitution score instead of 1 + constitution modifier. I did look at the suffocation rule in the phb to make it, in order to have something more powerful than the base rule, and using the con score instead of mod generally leads to more than doubling the time during which you can hold your breath. It is quite sure that the advantage against inhaled threat will be the most used part indeed.
maybe I should try to make it more clear for the breath control feat that there is a change to the number of minutes you can hold your breath, a friend suggested to just put con score, as the simple fact it ain't written 1 + something will lead people to see there is a change. Another thing that was suggested to me was to maybe change the cat fall feat, to have the falling reduction scaling up with your level one way or another, but i feel like if i do that, it will just lead to this feat becoming a stronger version of the monk slow fall.
Oh in that case that's my bad, I didn't notice the difference in that case, that sounds interesting mechanically in that case, it perhaps just needs wording to highlight score rather than modifier for people like me who don't notice the difference 😉
