Blood dripping onto cold earth. A heartbeat slowing. Fingers desperately scrabbling in the dirt, trying to form an image, an important form. A flash of...something. A face? A weapon? She strains to see more, but the darkness closes in as the rest of her life finishes leaking into the earth.
Lahuna's eyes fly wide open, and she turns and unleashes a terrified scream directly in the creature's face. This time, rather than the usual pure white of her eyes when she's channeling a death, her eyes are Shi's light blue, but milky and faded like a corpse.

Colulus’ claw scrapes along Corinne’s right shoulder, blackish blood seeps almost immediately after. The huntress screeches a predatory howl as she slams the creature’s head against her knee before striking an elbow into the back of it's head.

Lahuna, still with cloudy blue eyes, fixes a death gaze (in more ways than one) on Cornelius (sorry, it's Cornelius now lol). Something about her movements are off, jerky and stiff as she spreads her hands, and a globe of light rises from each one. One is a pale, glowing blue, and floats over to Greydon, circling the changeling's head quickly as a raspy whisper sounds in the paladin's ears. "Quick with the blade, spatters the blood. Find the mark, aim true, as once I did."
The other light is a vivid dark red, and it carries with it a terrible, hopeless wail of pain as it jets straight at Cornelius, aiming for the creature's chest.
(New flavor for VM while Shi is ticked off and fresh from death STs) DC 13 Wis ST or 2 psychic damage and dis on next attack roll.

Corinne leaps up, timing a MASSIVE two handed hammer blow after Morticia pierces the creature with their rapier, slamming her fists down through it’s head, before following it up by tearing into its skull with her fangs, absorbing some of it’s energy back into her battered body.

Lahuna's eyes are still wide, and her form melts slowly away to reveal Shi's bluish skin and corn-silk white hair. Her eyes slowly become more vivid in color, losing the milky film and becoming bright blue. Four light blue orbs appear and begin orbiting her as she dusts herself slowly off, examining the partially healed, massive gash in her side dispassionately. "I'm Shi," she introduces herself briefly. "We should continue. No doubt any other creatures in the area are fully alerted to our presence."
Mallet nods at Shi, shying away unsubtly from Corinne.
She does take a look at the condition of the group, trying to ascertain how injured everyone is, in whatever form they've taken. "Does anyone need... help?"
Corinne pops her neck as she reverts back from her predatory state, her eyes returning to the silver shimmer of starlight. “Yes,” she says softly, as she rubs along a large gash, seeping blood from her shoulder blades, behind the torn fabric of part of her dress. “The creature was quite hostile towards us..” she avoids the cleric’s eyes in nervous deference.
