Returning to the manor around the designated time, Bruvir approached the front gate and squeaked out loudly, "Oi! Is someone here?"
Avys approaches a little bit behind Bruvir, "Ah yes excuse me! Might someone come speak with us please!" He pulls out his glowing boomerang and starts waving it around like a signal.
A couple of guards outside the villa slowly approach. "Yes? Is there something we can do for you?"
"Yea." Bruvir gruffs. "You told us that we needed an appointment to see the mistress so I'm here to schedule one. Unless she's free right now of course...?"
"We're Vox Machina apart of Volo's personal retinue. And do you have pixies in your ears? I never said it had to be tonight, just that we wanted to schedule something. Sometime during the day works for us." Bruvir replied pointing towards Avys behind him.
The man pinches his nose, then looks at you again. "Here. Let me put this in a way your dumb ass can understand. Go. Away. I don't care if you're with Lord Raenar Neverember himself, Lady Gralhund is not having visitors today. Or tomorrow. Or the next day Or the day after that. Or the day after that. Ever. No scheduling nothing. Do you understand? Or, are we going to have a problem?"

Avys, crossing his arms and paces a bit before interjecting, "Hold on one moment, is there something wrong with Lady Gralhund? You're telling us she won't be making any appointments in the future, what type of noble does that... that's just poor business right there. Let's just calm down for one moment, we can maintain civility can we not?" (are these guards human? What does their gear look like?) Just in case perception: 14
Naumick whispers to the others, "Not much chance getting in this way without those two noticing." He motions his head back toward the courtyard. "I suggest we head back down and find another way in." The dwarf doesn't wait for an answer, moving to head back down into the courtyard, looking for a way to get into G4.

"That is none of your business." The guards are human, wearing plate with halberd like weapons.
G4 - BARRACKS
G4 is on the ground level, a one-story stone building attached to the mansion that serves as quarters for twenty house guards. The main room contains ten bunk beds. Each comes with a pair of footlockers containing folded clothes and worthless personal effects. There is no one here at the moment. Where is everyone?
Naumick quickly surveys the room, noting the items and their worthlessness. He shrugs back towards the others as they enter. "Something seems off." He moves toward the other exit, peeking out into the courtyard to see if he can work his way around to another entrance...perhaps G8.

Off in the distance in the courtyard by the stables, a groundskeeper and two dogs are patrolling the perimeter, locking and leaving the stables. Catsha sees them, and freezes, like a spooked cat would.
G8 - THE GREAT HALL
Peeking inside, there are two Zhentarim soldiers standing over a multitude of dead bodies along the floor. The sound of fighting can be heard deeper within. Their weapons are bloody, and they're deciding what to do next.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Naumick grimaces, thinking ever so briefly about his recent cable in the Zhentarim ranks. Thoughts of loyalty pass quickly, though. He raises his crossbow, taking aim at the one to the left.
Attack: 17 Damage: 5 ...and...
You have advantage on attack rolls against any creature that hasn’t taken a turn in the combat yet, and any hit you score against a creature that is surprised is a critical hit.

Syl’s eyes widen in surprise as he crept after the rather murderous Dwarf. Thinking more to end a conflict quickly and silently as possible rather than hold an allegiance to any sort of guild, Sylivar immediately weaves forwards, prepared to crack some windpipes. He instinctively steps in front of Kasha, ensuring a spare bolt won’t fly his way. Hopefully no Nat 1’s will be rolled.
Avys approaches a little bit behind Bruvir, "Ah yes excuse me! Might someone come speak with us please!" He pulls out his glowing boomerang and starts waving it around like a signal.
Ah, shit totally missed Bruvir's post. Sorry Zol.
