Thiago is looking rough, he has no healing spells, so he will have to change that.

when Cassandra is healed, she looks up at the monkey, blinking, and says “yer a right useful little critter ain’t ye? mayhap I should make ye first mate?” She casts healing word on herself, stands up and (if it is still standing) will use sacred flame on the Tiefling archer “mess with me were yer last mistake!” She yells.
(healing herself for 5, 4 points of radiant damage to the Tiefling if he fails a DC 13 DEX save. (No benefit from cover for this check)
Dex save: 7 The bolt hits the Tiefling.
