Quill staggers form the bolt hit and then moves back to seek some possible cover form the nearby tree. Then he will asses the situation and see that one of the group could possibly be over run quickly and take aim at Kobold #1.
Quill struggles to take aim thanks to the wound he suffered, but the emboldening bond from Finn gives him the inspiration he needs to send his arrow flying true. It strikes the kobold in the back of the head, sending the creature to the floor with a croak.
Another explosion, though a smaller one, rings through the air as Ambre fires her musket at the cloaked figure, but the bullet seems to ricochet off of their form and into the window of a nearby house, shattering it. The glint of a metal breastplate peeks out from beneath their ragged cloak.
It is the cloaked figure's turn!
The cloaked figure rushes past the kobolds and enters melee range with Ambre. "Pretty nice boomstick you got there, sweetheart - but it isn't going to save you!" The figure growls with a husky voice. Ambre gets a good look at the face under the hood - it is a goliath woman decked out in armor and weapons! She holds up her hand and flashes a ring in the shape of a skull with bejeweled eyes. The eyes shimmer and suddenly a fog cloud fills the area around her and Ambre, obscuring them both from view. "You're lucky I'm not in the killing mood, or you'd be dead, Imperial scum!"
Note: Ambre and the figure are heavily obscured - they are effectively blinded, as is anyone trying to see them within the fog cloud.

Ambre’s answer posed Fritz a question. Should he take the offer to meet her friends and supply now or should he wait and try the arcane shop in the next day? He had time, after all there was no reason to leave Hupperdook before the caravan’s departure and that was assuming he would take the escort job again. Before he could utter a word to his travel companion, the roaring echo of an explosion filled the air.
Six individuals took to the streets, five of them rather small. An order to leave no witness was shot and the rest of the group took to the offensive, something he would do too. Taking from his pocket a purple crystal and focusing his mind Fritz raises his right arm, hand open, mystic energy concentrating, heating.
“Ignis!”He calls out as a mote of fire is produced in his hand. A flame that he is fast to hurl in the closes living kobold, with a throwing motion. Immediately after, not even waiting to see if he hit his target, the Wizard moves across the street, hiding behind a barrel in an alley between two houses and hopefully getting some cover.
Notes:
Spell attack: 10 Damage: 6
Fritz attacks using Firebolt from his position and moves diaonally 15 until the barrel between the two houses across the street and as much as necessary to position himself immediately behind said barrel.
Used the motion and chant for Firebolt in the Baldur's Gate 3 game. Hope there is no problem.
The nearest kobold is the one engaged with Josias - Fritz's firebolt strikes it and sends it to the ground. Both of the kobolds that fell this round now emit a faint ticking sound - considering the explosive end of the first one unlucky enough to get hit by Lani's critical hit, that cannot be good.
Mumbling something under her breath in primordial, Lani unslung her staff as she takes a few running steps toward the nearest kobold. She plants the end of the staff into the ground vaulting herself at it swinging the staff double-fisted around attempting to brain her target as she lands.
If the staff does not drop that kobold she will swing around following up with an elbow. If it does, she will run at the next one throwing a knee at its groin.
((I think Finn should be up before the Kobold -- ignore if not))
Closing his eyes as the symbol on his shield begins to glow, Finn suddenly reaches out and a gout of divine flame erupts beneath the remaining kobold's feet.
Sacred Flame on the remaining Kobold. Dex Save (DC13).

Josias runs through the edge of the fog cloud towards Quill before swerving a bit when he comes through and sees the fleeing kobold. He raises his scared left hand and a pulse of red and black fire surges through the scars before forming into a ball and launching at the fleeing figure. eldritch blast

Gronk in Bastion, Kingdom of Medrin Elixisysin Talaveroth (Team 2) Uthal in Lost Continent of Theviranne
The crackling bolt of eldritch energy pelts the fleeing kobold right in the back, and with a yelp it collapses to the ground, red-violet smoke drifting from its body as the ticking starts.
All except Finn are pierced by the kobold's crossbow bolts; Ambre is struck particularly hard.
It is now Josias' turn!
Josias runs up to the closest kobold to give the injured some cover. He then slashes out with his longsword.

Gronk in Bastion, Kingdom of Medrin Elixisys in Talaveroth (Team 2) Uthal in Lost Continent of Theviranne
Josias' strike cuts deep, but it is not enough to slay the surprisingly sturdy kobold. It hisses at the much larger human between raspy breaths.
It is now Quill's turn!

The last kobold looks around, assessing their doomed situation. He lets out a scream. "Flee!"
