Zenga strikes at the brain puppy he has flanked with Xap. All four strikes hit, but each does less damage than would be expected, leaving the intellect devourer still standing, though barely. (Down to 6 hp.)

Hoghead is down, Karen is down, Scarias is down. These dog-sized brain things are tearing your companions apart. Xap has had the best results so far, but is over aiding Zenga right now. What does Tydir do?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Larry Save 11
Larry is distracted today and can't make a save. His head hurts, but he is smart enough not to loose is brains. He is critical conditions now from damage.
Tydir scans the room looking at the doglike creatures swarming his comrades as they sway on their feet, seemingly unnerved from the attacks. He pauses for just a moment and point his hammer at Scarias 'Ut tibi cacas in unum!' as he release a wave of energy to knock loose the effects of these horrid monsters. Even as he does, his ghostly hammer swings in behind the damaged foe facing Xap.
Tydir's spell has no affect on Scarias. The spiritual weapon strike against In8 though strikes the intellect devourer between Xap and Zenga down and it does not rise again.
in4
Claws at Larry, then sends its mental attack at Larry as well. Claw to hit is 23, damage is 5. Devour Intellect vs Larry. Int save is 12, damage is 11. If failure, and int score is less than or equal to 10, then set int score to 0 and be stunned. Larry has a higher int than this so ignore this last part.

Larry is up...
Not updating map. In8 is dead so ignore them. Should not affect Larry's action though.
Larry tolls a bell, causing brain puppy 3 to wilt a bit, but #4 seems unaffected. His spiritual weapon strikes down #1 though.

One of the brain puppies scuttles down to attack Xap. Xap may make an attack of opportunity as the intellect devourer approaches. The claws miss. Xap, need a DC 12 Int save or take 9 damage. On a failure, if your int is less than or equal to 11, then your int score is set to 0.
Xap will continue to punish this puppy. (If at any point this devourer dies, he will move to D6 and use remaining attacks, if any are available on IN5)
Xap slashes the intellect devourer as it approaches, then hits it twice more after it attacks Xap. The brain puppy falls. Stepping towards the other enemies, Xap takes out another with a slash of his weapon.
In5
The intellect devourer near Tydir claws at him, then uses its menntal attack also against Tydir... Claws to hit is 21, damage is 7. Devour Intelect. DC 12 Int save. If failure take 11 damage and, if your in score is less than or equal to 11, then set your int score to 0 and be stunned.
Zenga
There are only 2 of the brain puppies left. Your companions look a bit worse for the encountre with them though, half of the group down and out of the battle. It is your turn to act...
Zenga moves (to D6) in to attack IN5 first, using pact tactics to gain advantage. (I believe Larry is still up and not incapacitated…) If IN5 is polished off, Zenga then moves between his friends to get into position (C4) to attack IN3.
First two attacks are short sword, final two Flurry of Blows at cost of 1 Ki point.
Short sword Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Short sword Attack: 26 Damage: 7
Bonus Action Flurry of Blows Attack: 21 Damage: 7
other Flurry Attack: 12 Damage: 9
With 50 ft movement he may have some left, but even if both defeated, Zenga will finish his turn. Probably can’t reach teaming one anyway. If damage type matters, sword is piercing, flurry attacks are radiant…
Zenga moves in and strikes down the intellect devourer nearest Tydir. It takes all four strikes to do so though. (Damage did matter, as the devourer does not have resistance to Radiant.)
In3
The last brain puppy claws at Larry, but misses. It then sends its mental attack at Larry as well... Devour Intellect. DC 12 Int save or take 17 damage. If failure int is set to 0, if Larry's int score is less than or equal to 16. (Pretty sure Larry would be down from the mental attack's damage alone though, so I am going to rule, if he fails the save, he does not get his int score set to 0, as he will be unconscious before that part comes into affect.)
Tydir
Larry may or may not be up at this point, depending on their save. There is but one of the dangerous brain-things left though. It is your turn to act.
Not updating the map. Just assume you can do what you want with movement, as everyone is close to the last enemy.
