Myles:You peer into the hallway and look to either side (Will describe below and will have a map update incoming)
Outside of the door to the right, the hall leads predictably to the corner that was blocked by debris. That debris is as firmly packed on this side as well, but you can also see that pieces of furniture have been jammed up against it, almost like a barricade. Of note, there is a glass-topped display that has a lock dangling from the front.
To the left, the hall continues a way towards a partially opened door through which a small amount of light glows. To the left, before reaching that door, there's another, but this one is closed.
Myles, nods, proceeding carefully into the dark hallway when everyone is ready. "Think we should confront that figure Sera saw?" he asks the others. He heads to the glass-topped display to see what it contains.
Myles: You walk over to the glass-topped display and peer inside. What you see is a metal-backed enamel emblem emblazoned with a stylized image of the sun. You also notice that there are pockets of space in the debris where you can see through to the other side if you stretch to look over the display case or crouch and look through a hole that's down to the right.
"Some kind of emblem," Myles says, moving aside for the others to see. "Take a look." Myles then crouches down to look to the other side behind the debris and comments to Sera, "Which way's the figure?"
Myles: You crouch down to look through one of the holes in the debris. Peering through, it doesn't quite look like you're able to see much, until you realize that looking back at you is a strange clay face like the one on the automaton you found in the entrance hall. However, this one is unbroken.
In a flash, the automaton thrusts its arm through the hole in the debris, a bang and crack sounding as its shoulder runs up against wood and stone. The sudden stop of its arm sends its bracelets, ones that the other was missing, flying off past Myles just in front of Sera. The bracelets hit the ground with a deep ringing sound that doesn't seem to quite, as they twist and turn and swell until becoming two giant snakes.
(I'll need a Dexterity save from Myles followed by an initiative roll from everyone, assuming you're all in the hallway)
(Excellent rolls–you all will have your round first)
Myles:The automaton grabs for you when it bursts from the wall, but you're more than quick enough to move away from its grasp.
(All four of you can post your turns, keeping in mind that they'll happen in order of your individual initiatives AKA Myles, Satsuma, Tortimer and then Sera – unless, you want to swap turns with another player. For that you can just note it either in the post body or in our message chain!)
Tortimer mutters a few words and his staff grows larger and pale green light eminates from a few cracks in the wood. (Casted Shillelagh.) He then takes out a small thorned vine and points it at the snake. "Come to me little one" (Casting Thorn Whip)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sera is freaked out by the snake and tries to move behind Myles away from the snake that Tortimer moved (if I am outside of the snake's AoO)
Then she casts Mind Sliver on the snake. If the snake fails the 15 Int Save Damage: 8 The next saving throw they make subtract 1d4
With her Bonus Action she then casts Telekinetic - Shove. If the snake fails the 15 Str Save Be pushed 5 feet away from Sera on to the other side of Tortimer.
If Sera was within 5 ft of the snake before but is now out of AoO range, she will move behind Myles away from the snake.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(I'm gonna give you a greyscale map constrained to this area to make it easier for you all to visualize. Each square is 5x5ft. The automaton has shoved its arm through that tiny opening on the left side of the long hall)
Myles moves away from the wall and the flailing arm and slashes at the nearest snake, surprising it and leaving a rippling gash in its scales. His second swing just misses as the snake recoils and turns to hiss at him, unbalanced and wobbling from the wound.
Satsuma rushes in and sends a number of blows at the serpent. Its wobbling makes it difficult to hit as she sends in a fist and then an elbow, but her kick connects and sends the snake into the side wall with a thud.
Tortimer's magic unfurls from the vine and wraps itself around the other snake, leaving puncture wounds across its body. It's then yanked towards him and away from the others.
Sera's psychic spell hits its mark and the snake flails wildly as the pain sets in. Despite its senses being dulled, her attempt to shove the snake even further away fails, as it asserts its "footing" on the ground.
The snake which was slain dissolves into a cloud of smoke that flows quickly through the air and forms a band around the automaton's wrist once again.
The other lashes out at Tortimer, sinking its fangs into a soft part of his body (7 Piercing and a DC11 Con save to take half 9 Poison or that full amount if failed).
The automaton attempts to push its way through the debris, beating it on the other side with its fists or a weapon you can't see. However, it doesn't make it through–yet. In what almost seems like frustration it extends its fingers towards Myles, who feels a pull on his body (I need a DC15 Str save – if failed, you'll be flung 30ft down the hall and be Restrained until the end of the next round. Everybody else will need to make DC10 Dex saves if Myles fails in order to avoid his flying body, 1 Bludgeoning on failure).

Myles: You peer into the hallway and look to either side (Will describe below and will have a map update incoming)
Sera turns around and replies, "Well if we have another dark hallways to traverse I will gladly accept a torch."
Before she takes a torch from her party members though she walks over to the table to stash the pitcher into her sack.
Telepathically she commands Polus to peer through the door that Myles is looking through to keep an eye for potential dangers.
Sera: Polus would see the same things that Myles has, but his watch would help to prevent anything from getting the jump on you.
(Btw, late, but here's the updated map)
Tortimer gets out a torch and lights it.
"So, shall we proceed?" He says as he peers into the next room.
Sera replies back to Myles, "I'm inclined to say we take care of a potential dangerous element first."
As she prepares herself for a potential fight she sees Myles peering at the display, "What do you happen to see there?"
"Some kind of emblem," Myles says, moving aside for the others to see. "Take a look." Myles then crouches down to look to the other side behind the debris and comments to Sera, "Which way's the figure?"
"It should be right behind this debris I'm afraid." Sera replies
(OOC: is that right? I could be misreading but humanoid magic is where the debris is right?)
Sera: (Yup, that's where it is)
Myles: You crouch down to look through one of the holes in the debris. Peering through, it doesn't quite look like you're able to see much, until you realize that looking back at you is a strange clay face like the one on the automaton you found in the entrance hall. However, this one is unbroken.
