What's the difference between a Wizard and a Sorcerer? Class.
The dragon flies into the room and heads towards ceiling level so as to keep separation between themself and the others. Spying just one opponent, at the moment, Pieste Mor spits Fiery Phlegm at them... ((As a bonus action PM will convert their two sorcery points to a 1st level spell slot...))
Taersis places his hands together palm to palm, eyes flaring with fury. He yanks them apart, and a rip in the plane appears in the air in front of him, in time with the motion. The tear opens onto pure blackness that swirls out to fill the room, the deadly smoke filling your eyes and burning against your skin. Whispers dart through the smoke, murmuring half-heard words of hopelessness and despair, and a terrible cold fills the room. "You will all fall!" the deathlock screams furiously through the smoke. "None can escape the grasp of the Order!" ( Taersis casts hunger of hadar, catching everyone including himself in it).
At the start of everyone's turns, they take 2 cold damage. At the end of their turns (assuming they are still within the smoke, which is likely given that it fills the entire room), they must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take 6 acid damage. Everyone in the smoke is blinded. Taersis is affected by all this as well.
To get out of the smoke, you can back out through the hallway. This uses 30 feet of movement if you've been attacking at range, or using 50 feet of movement if you've been attacking in melee, as the smoke is considered difficult terrain.

Jax's eyes go wide, uselessly, but no one can see them, and he cannot see with them. He reaches out with his blade to see if Taersis is still in front of him, or if he's departed down the stairs.
He considers trying to grab the thing and run, but he can't see where he'd run to, so he just tries two sweeping cuts with his weapon, trusting instinct.
Drego shakes off whatever magic had frozen him in place just in time to get enveloped in the creeping horror emanating from their foe. Barely on his feet, the ranger knows he has to get himself to safety - firing off a quick shot, he retreats back down the hallway, groping, searching and calling out in the unnatural darkness for Stitch as he does.

PM Dex Save at end of turn: 13
The dragon spits more Fiery Phlegm at the Taersis.
((With their Dragon-Vision (aka Devil’s Sight PHB110 - You can see normally in darkness, both magical and nonmagical, to a distance of 120 feet.) they should have advantage on the roll?))
Fiery Phlegm Attack: 12 Damage: 4
(Obviously adjust if you disagree on Devil's Sight...)
As a bonus action/movement - Assuming the dragon can see with their Drago-Vision - they will fly to just behind Taersis, at about ankle/knee level with the intention of being an impediment if they try to flee. ((I'm being a bit "creative" here... Feel free to decide if they have a chance to trip over me, get accidentally tangled/grappled or just that this is not covered in rules and ignore it? lol... Just figure being small and sighted I should do as much as possible.))

Bing bong, that is equal to the deathlock's PP, so Stitch is not hidden (situation remains the same as how it was at contest start).
The necrotic damage also does not do quite as much damage as Stitch might have hoped.
