(Ok. Before we go to that night, Darien would want to use Find Familiar from his Pact Boon to summon a sprite familiar. I'm assuming he hasn't had a chance before. And that he can get the material components.)
As the group gathers back at the manner Robin would wish to speak with them about plans for the night...
"I have some skills that will come in handy when we go back." She explains to the others. her long red hair is tied back in a braid now, and runs down under her cloak, out of sight. "I can offer some ability to guide your actions, helping one individual be better at whatever skill they need to employ during the mission. Also, if I am nearby, I can also shift time just a bit, giving a chance to attempt something again, but can only do that a bit, as it is very taxing." She considers things for a moment, pacing a bit as she thinks. "For spells, I have only a few that might aid us, the ability to send lesser creatures into slumber, but not anything too big or too strong there. I can also outline invisible foes, or make it easier to hit foes that are not invisible. If we get to that point though I fear our mission is likely to end in failure, regardless if we defeat the foes or not, so let's hope we never need to get to that point." She stops and holds out an arm, an owl suddenly appearing on that extended arm. "This is Sabastian, my familiar. I will have him doing what he can to keep an eye out from above, but he isn't likely going to be of much use inside, so just be aware he is mine." With a toss of her arm the owl disappears again, sent back to its dimensional sanctum. Turning back to the others she glances to them. "What can we expect from the rest of you?"
(OOC: She can cast guidance on whomever needs it, but only one person at a time, and can cast sleep but it only effects a small hit dice worth of enemies, so likely not a huge effect, but something she can upcast a bit for a few more HD.)
Tuigeo turns to the party. "Indeed, a little MAYHEM is in order! HAHA-" *Tuigeo pauses midway and turns to Darien* "That is why you summoned me, correct?"
Jin, you lead the party to a seemingly ordinary street. But as you turn the corner, you see the familiar blue tiles and blue candlelit alleyway of the superstitious Blue Alley, its entrance like an open maw. You know the rumors to be true: once you go in one way, you can't come out the same way you went in.
Tuigeo turns to the party. "Indeed, a little MAYHEM is in order! HAHA-" *Tuigeo pauses midway and turns to Darien* "That is why you summoned me, correct?"
“Maybe not so much MAYHEM but hopefully we'll have some fun. Perhaps for now just stay invisible. And keep close." Darien says to Tuigeo.
To the others, he echos a comment similar to Robin's about her owl. “The sprite - Tuigeo - is with me. I'm sure he'll be lots of help. So don't worry when you see him."
In response to Robin's question about abilities, Darien tries to be brief. “There's always my staff, but I'd much rather hit people with magical energy from afar. I of course have a number of ways to persuade people. And can create a cover of magical darkness if needed."
Fizz looks around at all the chaos that seems to be erupting from everywhere. Little spirit creatures, owls and now a blue alleyway. This has been a day to remember for sure. He looks towards Robin, "Well ma'am I can defend myself with a bit of magic but mostly I like to make sure my friends all succeed. So if you are going to try and do something important let me know and I can cheer you on to success! I am also pretty famous in gnome circles for creating objects out of nowhere, it's a bit of a Thornberry family secret, don't tell anyone..."
Fizz then gets a bit of a serious look on his face, "What exactly is our plan? We just going to go poking around looking for a guy in robes? I can be pretty sneaky but we don't know for sure that the culprit is inside the building. If we are just goin' exploring that's fine with me I bet there is something in that big fancy house I have never seen."

He doesn't speak for a while. Not until they're all at the alley. Even then... he makes a swift punching motion. Grunting. His notion clear: I punch things. After several more moments of silence, he speaks as he gestures towards the Blue Alley. "This is the Blue Alley. It's... from a space outside of reality. Very dangerous. But if you know what to look for... it can take you... anywhere." His voice muffled behind the mask. "...including the estate of the Galhunds or whatever they're called."
As you all enter the Blue Alley, you can’t shake the feeling of being watched. You go through a slightly blueish Waterdeep, walking through familiar but empty streets, until you arrive at the same address as the alternate House Gralhund. Jin, you recall that these roads are seldom traveled, but the moment any door is opened, the Blue Alley ends and the party will appear in the counterpart of that location in the real world.
Darien follows Jin, looking with great fascination at this alternate Waterdeep in blue. He whispers to Fizz, "Have you ever seen anything like this? It's great, but I have to agree with you, I really wish I knew the plan. Well, and how this all works. You don't suppose Jin will give us all a run down on this later do you?"
Jin just grunts, making another gesture. Basically saying: The plan is to find out why he was heading this place. In other words: There is no plan. He does suggest, "Maybe he is holding the Gralhunds hostage." After getting to a doorway in the estate. He gestures (this is assuming everyone followed him in, someone could have refused), his motion seemingly a question: Is everyone ready?
Robin is quite interested in the Blue Alley, and looks around with intense eyes as they walk the blue streets. As they reach the villa she slows her steps.
"We need a plan." She reiterates what others have said. She looks to Jin. "It is great you have found us a way to get inside without being seen, but what do we do once there?" She stops walking and nods to the gates ahead. "Many of us are not stealthy enough to sneak around without being noticed."
"My suggestion is we all go in." Robin says after some thought. "Once inside the majority of us find a place to hole up while any stealthier members scout the place." She nods to Darien, your little companion might be useful in this, as they can go around unseen and should be able to communicate to you easily enough." She glances to the group as a whole then. "What do you think? Anyone have a better idea?"

You're unable to find any entrance that isn't guarded by a groundskeeper who leashes three large, imposing mastiffs.
There's a few moments as he follows in relative silence. Then: "Secret. Show you. At night."

Go for it. Your sprite familiar appears, smiling a frivolous grin.
Does your familiar have a name or can I give it its personality?

Tuigeo was a name I'd made up for him, but not suck on that. Might be interesting to have you come up with the personality.

Survival check: Nat 20.
Jin takes a moment to separate from the group. Only to come back moments later. Behind his mask, grinning triumphantly.

He stops to see what the rest of the group is doing.
