"Kill the clerics!" Crowfell roars over the battlefield. It's at this point that he's gathering eldritch energy again. Sending it into one of the clerics with a violent motion.
More solid blasts to the priests makes them stutter and falter a bit but they're still standing pretty strong.
Meanwhile Bloop and Plopp have exchanged some very heavy blows, but Plopp is clearly on the losing end now. A suddenly wave of horrifying cries shrieks out over the din of battle though! As you look around to see where the cries are coming from, you notice several kuo-toa being dragged under the nearby water, some of them flailing to strike at some unseen force in the water as well. The water itself begins to foam and turn red with blood as dozens and dozens of ixitxachitl are stirred into a frenzy, sending even more waves of panic through the town.
Your eyes then catch Ploop and Blopp, just as he driving his staff into her chest for good, and she screams out "Leemooggoogoon!" before falling to the ground before her profane altar...
Another sound rises above the burbling cries of the kuo-toa. The dark surface of the water farther out bubbles and begins to foam. A thick, oily tentacle bursts forth, followed by another. Then two monstrous heads break the surface, both resembling hideous, angry baboons with wickedly curved tusks. Both heads are attached to a single torso, and the monster’s red eyes burn with bloodlust and madness. The creature rising from the Darklake must stand thirty feet tall or more, with water cascading down its back and shoulders. Upon reaching its full height, the great demon throws back both its heads and roars!
(This is a timed event now, only so many rounds before the prince of demons makes it ashore. Assume your companions have crapped their pants and are ready to hightail it out of there.)

Charisma Saving Throw: 11
Sennet will slowly begin to backup away from the water, keeping his Glaive out, ready to swing if a tentacle get's to close. He'll look to the others in the group. "I.. I don't know if we should stay here for that. We are NOT prepared. Let's get the **** out of here."

Finn stares slack jawed at the monstrous creature."I agree, no shame in living to fight another day." Unease creeps into his voice as he continues, "have to pick yer battles and even if we make temporary peace with the fishfolk, we'd never stand a chance. I say we use them as a distraction and get the hell out of here."
"Shit, shit, shit, I told you all something was up with the demons and the slime! You dismissed me!" Says Crowfell as he grabs, Sennet maybe. Pulling the other man along the opposite direction of the Demogorgon.
(Since you're running...good choice...you have 2 options: Land or Water. There are plenty of boats at the docks you could try to grab and hope the demon doesn't smack you on the way, he does seem bent on making it shore...running by land means you run into freaked out kuo-toa...)
Finn grabs at Kel to get him moving and will follow Crowfell and Sennet. "Lets head for the trees! Just far enough to hide ourselves and see what happens! If the bloody demon moves off, we can make for a boat. At least make the Kuo-toa a distraction!"
Finn will keep hitting the kuo-toa in front of him
