Carried by her winged boots Elyria flies out over the canyon, using a very special arrow provided her by M.E.T.A.L "Lady Leilatha! This is for Rahkeshi!" She calls out to the hag below her, sending the arrow her way, the arrow turning into a bolt of lightning, striking her true.
Lightning bolt arrow 29 Dex15 for half damage.
Unless Leilatha falls Elyria uses the rest of her movement to fly back out of sight again.
Aurelius will ensure that the fiery shackles are truly restraining the hag. He will then turn to Elyria. "The final blow is yours to take. I do not know if these creatures can regenerate, but you might want to use fire to make sure."
He will then hold his action to defend the hag against any sudden appearance of the Betrayer or any other agent of evil. He would try to jump in front of any blast or attack coming from anyone besides Elyria.
Unless Flynt or anyone unseen intervenes, Elyria descends upon the hag, carried by her winged boots, nodding grimly at Aurelius as she passes him. "This is for you Rahkeshi." She whispers, gritting hre teeth, taking no chances, swiftly drawing and releasing an elven arrow into the wicked heart of the hag before her. (Elven Longbow: 27 Damage: 16 )
(OOC - My understanding is Flynt's action this round was the True Strike spell. His other attacks will be next round. Please correct me if I'm wrong. But at this point no shakles.)
(OOC - Flynt I guess needs to clarify, but using True Strike is an Action. My understanding is that he was using a Ready action to cast it, which requires a Reaction to do once the trigger is met. The trigger happened once the Air Elemental cleared out the dust. So he cast after that. Unless he uses Action Surge, he has no other Action to make his attack until next round. And I think that was used fighting the scouts.)

(Ok, so to my understanding, Flynt has not yet fired the three crossblow bolts, but Elyria's lightning arrow has caused Leilatha to fall unconcious.)
Aurelius, will attempt to physically grapple and restrain if possible the hag which lies unconscious. "Elyria, the final blow is yours, but both of you watch for the Betrayer or his ilk, they may be lurking nearby!

Athletics (advantaregeneration . This post is Aurelius' Initiative action.
OCC: Sorry, this is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Yes Flynt held his action as a reaction in the free round. As soon as Leilatha became visible he cast the spell. I posted the attack as his first turn under initiative to try and not hold everything up regardless of where he landed in the initiative. Sorry I see now that I probably should have explained that better. Outside of him or Leilatha being killed, his first initiative turn was going to be the same no matter what happened.
Flynt will now use that attack that was previously posted. Depending on DM ruling on how and wether or not Leilatha can make the save, The shackles do fire damage even if she makes the save and they don't restrain her. She'll take an additional 2d6 at the start of her turn if they do restrain her. So on top of his 40 points delt the shackles would stop the regeneration regardless if they appear. His crossbow expert skill negatives any drawback regarding prone, distance, or cover.
OCC: Flynt will remain on the high ground but move along the canyon edge. As he moves about the edge he will reserve his free action as a reaction. As soon as he can identify Leilatha he will use this reaction to cast true strike.
Initiative: 16
On his turn he will fire at her three times. The first being at advantage. The first shot utilizing his sharp shooting skills for damage the other two for accuracy.
Attack: 20 Damage: 16
Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Attack: 18 Damage: 9
If any of the shots hit the hag then he will invoke his fire rune to summon fiery shackles. Leilatha takes an additional 10 in damage and she must suffer fed on a STR saving throw DC12 or be restrained for one minute. If restrained it's an additional 2d6 damage at the start of her turn until she makes the save.
Flynt attack for reference.
On a side note I'm headed to the mountains for a couple days so I'll be out of touch. Hopefully this is all cleared up and Flynt is good on posts for at least 24 hours.

(Yes, sorry - this post is definitely out of order. Flynt goes first. Then - if desired - Elyria can take this action. I did not even see this post, as it looks ike it was done at the same time as another of my posts. Thank you for pointing that out Flynt!)
Flynt's shots all hit the unconscious hag, fortunately not hitting Aurelius who has her restrained. Leilatha seems to be truly dead at this point.
(Just checking, did Flynt shoot Leilatha in spite of her being unconcious and Aurelius trying to prevent him from doing that? I posted out of turn since I assumed Flynt wouldn't want to deal the killing blow but I obviously might have been mistaken.)

(OOC - I had assumed Flynt was aware of the situation and he went ahead and killed her. Although the discussion of hp and shackles and saves suggested maybe he didn't fully understand. I'm going with him having attacked and killed Leilatha. If not, then given the way game mechanics work, she would not have been dead yet.
(OOC - Let's move ahead and when Flynt returns, if he really wants to change it, then we can adjust. I'm willing to just assume Leilatha is dead either way. There are just some background details that might or might not matter down the road at play.)
The initial shot from Aurelius seems to have brought down a good portion of rock into the narrow passage. It has definitely blocked passage, although it would likely be possible to climb over the rubble. The bodies lie scattered. Two of the robed figures along with the armored figure are to the east side and Leilatha and another robed figure are to the west side. Presently, Aurelius is alongside Lady Leilatha's body.
The area is now strangely quiet after the sudden fury of destruction.

"I think we would have noticed by now if she wasn't really dead."Elyria says grimly, but watching Lady Leilatha's wounds just to be sure. Perception: 28
Elyria's investigation is delayed by Aurelius' comment. Looking closely at the body, you do not see any signs of life.
As you start to look through her belongings you note two potion bottles, a scroll case, and inside a small pouch are 5 odd red candles. There is also an unusual feather charm attached to the collar of the tattered robe she wears.

OOC if I understand right, during the first "free" round, he held his action to cast true strike when he first saw Leilatha.
During the next "initiative" round, he fired his crossbow x 3, and then activated his fire rune.
