After Elyria's turn, Aurelius will (move) charge straight at troll 1, pulling up when he gets within 30 feet of troll 4 if possible, (BA) cast hex on the furthest troll, then (attack) hurl his javelin of lightning at troll 4, hopefully catching trolls 1 and 3 in the path of the lightning.

(In case it wasn't understood, Flynt uses his sharpshooter feat on each attack.)
Troll 3 manages to resist the effects of Flynt's rune. (I'm assuming "failure" means troll makes the save.) Two of the shots land and he uses his other rune to create fiery shackles. (Troll 3 STR Check: 15)
The troll manages to break free of the fiery shackles and is not restrained.
