The door is sturdy and strong, but Rohuzar's strength is overwhelming. The lock and hinges tear out of the jam and the door collapses onto the ground inside the room.
You're looking inside a 10'x15' wooden room. A lantern on a desk provides ample light to see. There is a cot in one corner, and an unarmored man is lying there any staring at you wide-eyed and mouth agape, a short sword lying on the cot next to him. In the adjacent corner, a man in leather armor is seated in a chair reading a book by the glow of the lantern. A cigarette falls out of his mouth as the door smashes open.
Along the other wall is a door. A sign hanging on the door reads: Staircase Collapsed. Do Not Enter.
INITIATIVE
Rohuzar: 16
Grugga: 16
Aubrey: 15
Guilim: 5
Leelan: 15
Guards: 12
[The guards are SURPRISED. They will not receive an opportunity to act until round two. I am not posting a map. There is just enough room for everyone to squeeze into the room and melee range. If, somehow, the guards are still conscious by they time they get an action, then I will probably make a map.]

Guilim readies himself into a set stance, readying his halberd and aiming to slam the flat metal of the blade against the face of the man on the cot, going for a non lethal blow.
(Guessing that I would get advantage either from the surprise or due to the one on the cot most likely counting as prone.)
Leelan will quickly release an arrow at the standing guard if he still stands after Aubrey’s attack. He aims at the leg, so to impair rather than kill.
((I did a dumb and forgot about surprise, so I'll post my move now. Sorry))
Grugga will follow in behind his companions and aim for the closest guard who's still standing. He half-grips his sword inverted, so as to strike with the crossguard in a non-lethal fashion.
Attack: 16 (no advantage since I go after the guards become un-surprised) Damage: 7
After Rohuzargets his footing after kicking in the door, he sees his team has already beaten and battered the two guards into unconsciousness. The guard who had been reading is hanging awkwardly - his foot pinned to the floor by Leelan'sarrow on one side of his chair, with his body hanging over the other side. The man in the cot could almost be sleeping, but for the blood seeping out of his broken nose.
You've taken the guardroom and secured the passageway down into the temple. Through the "do not enter" doorway, there is a short hallway. A lantern hangs on one wall and a set of stone stairs descends down into darkness.

Rohuzar rips the mattress off the bed and manacles the men to each other with one set (right hand to right hand) through the bed frame.
He attempts to search the door for a trap or alarm; Point it out to Grugga if it’s trapped; try to open it if it’s not, search guards for keys if it is locked.
(I know that was a bunch of actions, I’m just trying to keep up a sense of moving fast. Hurry time.)
The two guards are unconscious and chained through the bed. Were they to wake up, they could probably lift the bed together, but should have a hard time fitting through either doorway.
The guard who was seated and reading did have a key - it was for the door Rohuzar destroyed.
The inner door leading to the stairwell is not locked or trapped.

“Well done. Now, if you would get your friend ahead of us again, Citizen Aubrey.” Rohuzar begins to try to jog down through the door to find the next occupants.

Aubrey nods and sends Furvus ahead in ethereal form to warn them of threats ahead, then following Rohuzar, using his light trinket when necessary to see where he's going. Furvus perception: 16 Aubrey stealth: 17 Aubrey perception: 23
The stairs double back on themselves several times. Altogether you count 6 flights. You are 40 or 50 feet below street level. A glow appears ahead and you emerge through an arches stone doorway into an entry chamber. Blue and Gold banners hang on the walls, and the symbol with the waves and 3 dots is displayed on a large bronze disc. Blue stones hang on the walls and give off an unearthly glow, providing dim light.
There is a closed wooden door on the wall to your right.
There is a hallway leading straight ahead, eventually opening into another room. There are torches here that provide bright light. You see some nice chairs and sofas, but cannot see the entire room from here. Another hallway branches off the first hallway, heading left but you cannot see from this angle.
Aubrey:
Furvus advises the door to the right leads to another hall, and eventually to the library with the nothic.
The hallway fork to the left leads to dorms and dining room. The hallway straight ahead leads to a common room. He can see two men in that room, one dressed in robes, who are both looking in the direction from which you have all just come jogging down the stairs.

Aubrey quickly shares the information from Furvus in a lowered voice. "Enemies ahead waiting for us." He finishes, ready to blast away as soon as enemies come into view.
Grugga shakes his head. "Damn, It's a little cramped to field test Zap - I guess Zip is up." Grugga pulls Zip out of its storage pouch and tosses it into the air, where it floats in place. Grugga gives his homunculus orders to wait for his command, the Grugga takes up a position by the door with his sword draw, waiting to attack anyone who passes through.
Rohuzar backs up several paces and takes a running start to kick the door open
